Welcome to Mission Wear!
Mission Wear is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) that is excited about creating
an opportunity for everyone to do “a little something”
personal for the environment.
Our vision is 3-fold:
First, to provide jobs for women in Denver who are having difficulty
getting into mainstream employment due to a history of prostitution,
felony, or substance abuse".
Then, we want to help increase awareness about the importance of
individuals incorporating reusable products into their daily lives;
Everyone can do something to make a difference!!
Thirdly, Mission Wear provides reusable shopping bags and recycled
jean products for those who want to take personal action to be more
environmentally conscious.

We believe that the environment needs better protection than we’re
giving it. The United States goes through 100 billion plastic bags
annually. These plastic bags do not biodegrade, but break down into
smaller non-biodegradable particles.

We have made switching from paper and plastic to reusable easy
for anyone who wants to make the change! Our reusable shopping bags
are hand-machine-made of organic cotton, natural fibers, denim and
canvas.

Since we’re a small non-profit, we can custom make any bags
to fit retailer’s and individual’s needs for reusable/recycled
products, and are open to creating new products tailored to the
interests of our clients.
